Sales Process Mistakes I Have Learnt From

Setting myself a ridiculously short deadline for getting a proposal or information back to someone after a fact find meeting.



Getting overexcited or nervous and blurting out “I’ll get it to you tomorrow” instead of asking them when they would like it and thinking about a realistic timeline for both of us. That's just pressure I put on myself for no reason and led to long hours, added stress, and poor work.


You want to have time to give your best work, and if they are serious about working with you, they definitely want to receive your best work!


This also leaves you time and space for those leads that do want everything tomorrow. They will add this stress for you 😀
