I Miss All The Spam In My Inbox!

I don't get a lot of spam at the moment. I am sure this will change, but starting a new business (and inbox) means it's quiet. Which is great, but......

I was thinking about inspiration for a post on the importance of avoiding spam emailing and making sure you target the right people with the right offer,  hopefully at the right time. This was to include examples of rubbish spam emails, but I have little to moan about right now.

With my previous, 11 year old inbox, I was getting a lot of cold emails and spam, often containing the line ‘As you haven't opened my previous X emails, I am writing to tell you blah blah blah’, which was annoying and amusing in equal measure.

This seemed to be the fad for the last 6 months or so. Has this changed? What's annoying people now? What's the latest attempt to attract your attention to something you're not interested in? Or perhaps you received an email for something you actually are interested in, but the sender has ruined it by spamming and annoying you?
