InsideSales states that 35% to 50% of sales go to the vendor that responds first.
Businesses spend a lot of time and effort on marketing, generating leads, and the sales process but neglect this very important part of the process.
If someone inbounds then a lot of the work is already done. Don’t let them go to a competitor.
